  • Surfboat Function Room seats up to 65 people - $200.00 room rental fee
  • Larger Private Dining Room on first floor seats up to 80 people* - $300.00 room rental fee

Room rental fee for four hours of room usage. Requires a minimum of 30 adults

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

A $200.00 deposit  is required upon receipt of a signed confirmation letter. Deposit will be applied to final bill.

Deposit will be refunded in full if event is canceled 90 days prior to event date. If the event is canceled within 90 days of the event date, deposit will only be refunded if we are able to rebook the date.

An 18% gratuity and a 7% MA meal tax will be added to final bill
